Mineral Insulated Resistance Thermometers

Mineral Insulated Resistance Thermometers

Mineral insulated resistance thermometers are widely used in various processes from -200 ° C to + 850 ° C. It is preferred in processes where vibration is intense.Low-resistance inner conductors are enclosed in a thin-walled stainless sheath compressed into heat-resistant magnesium oxide. Thanks to this feature, the perfect heat transfer between the protection tube and the temperature sensor provides short response times (from 0.7 seconds to 0.5 seconds) and high precision. It is resistant to impacts with its mineral insulated structure. It can be produced as two-wire, three-wire and four-wire.

Resistance Thermometers Standard         DIN 43760 and IEC 751

Protective Sheath Standard   Stainless metal in DIN and AISI standards

Head Standard                   Head type A, B and C in DIN 43729 standard

* Flexible, mineral insulated cable.
* Low resistance copper wires up to 600 ° C.
* Ni wires for temperatures above 600 ° C.
* Production from 1.5mm to 8mm.
* Immersion length according to customer needs
(up to 300 meters can be produced).
* It is resistant to vibration and corrosive atmosphere.
* 1.4571 DIN Stainless Outer Protective
* The minimum bending radius is 5 times the outer diameter.

Example: If outer diameter is 6mm, bending radius should be minimum 30mm.
