Opik 04 is a watch and record program that is developed for measurement and control systems which uses standard MODBUS RTU as protocol, for scanners and for PLC’s.

- It can be used for all kinds of equipments that use Standard MODBUS RTU as communication protocol.
- A number of 128 devices can be plugged into communication network.
- All the parameters like Process Value, Set Value, Relay Position, Run and Stop instructions and Configuration Parameter that device have as register or bit can be achieved via network.
- These parameters can be watched, changed and recorded by a computer.
- 128 channels can be defined each linked with a parameter.
- Every channel setting is done separately.
- Every channel can be watched as digital, analog or graphical view presentations.
- Various control instructions like Set Values, Run/Stop Values and configuration parameters can be easily send over these channels.
- Any data that is gotten from a device can be sent to another device over a channel.
- A high communication speed (20ms per channel) can be achieved.
- All channels are separated into 16 groups that have eight groups inside, and can be seen on screen as grouped.
- Record settings of any group are done separately.
- All channels are recorded together in a single group.
- Record format is Microsoft Data Base (mdb).
- Records can be achieved using Microsoft ACCESS and Microsoft EXCEL.
- Records can be started or stopped as manual or automatic.
- Any finished record is stored in a separate file that is placed into its own directory.
- Old records are available to use and watch anytime the user wants.
- It is possible to study on records by setting up the time interval.
- It is possible to select the graphs of needed channels while studying on records.
- A color graph can be printed after setting up time interval.
